Wedding Experience​

For the couple that wants a unique wedding day experience with curated details, Amanda's team specializes in full-service wedding planning. This process follows the following structure:

01. Budgeting
Determining your event budget is the first step in the planning process. To start the full experience, Amanda will sit down with you as a client to determine budgeting needs. Without a budget, no event will be successful.
02. Design
Designing a wedding and curating the guest experience is the most exciting part of wedding planning. This service is tailored to the client and designed with you in mind. You will answer a wedding questionnaire to help Amanda design and curate your wedding aesthetic from start to finish.
03. Vendor Curation
Each wedding is not only designed with you in mind, but your vendor team is curated with a dedication to excellence and selected with your event day in mind. Amanda selects vendors based on your needs and desires, but also with her industry knowledge and expertise.
04. Timeline Creation
After details are dreamed up, they must be thoughtfully planned and executed. With this phase, we will discuss everything from the moment the day begins until the last vendor leaves. And unlike you, Amanda is the last person out the door at every event. You can trust your event is in good hands.
06. Post- Production
After the event is over, Amanda will first of all congratulate you on a beautiful day filled with memories and love. However, she will also ensure that all vendor contracts are fulfilled and obligations are abided by so you can enjoy the rest of your life.
05. Event Execution
On wedding day, it is important to have someone on your team from the get go. From the time Amanda and her team arrive onsite, to the time the last vendor leaves, Amanda is there to make sure you have the stress-free event of your dreams.

​Full Service Planning & Design
Designed for couples who want a trusted professional managing every detail from engagement to wedding day. This full-service experience includes comprehensive planning support, budget management, vendor recommendations and communication, design development, timeline creation, logistics management, and complete wedding day execution. From the initial vision to the final send-off, we handle the details, decisions, and coordination needed to create a seamless, elevated celebration that reflects your unique story.
This service begins at $8,595 (+5% for events over $75,000 or on Holidays).

Partial Planning Service
​
Perfect for couples who have started planning but want expert guidance to refine the details and bring their vision together. This package includes personalized planning support, budget guidance, design direction, vendor recommendations, and coordination with up to 2–3 key vendors within the wedding day budget and logistics. From creating a cohesive design plan to developing timelines and preparing final details, we provide the expertise and support needed to ensure your celebration feels intentional, organized, and beautifully executed.
This service begins at $5,595 (+5% on Holidays).
The Wedding Management Experience

Designed for couples who have planned their celebration but want a professional to step in and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Beginning approximately 90 days before your wedding day, this experience includes a comprehensive planning review, timeline development, final vendor confirmations, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management. We take over the logistics, communication, and behind-the-scenes details so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration with confidence.
This service begins at $2,595 (+5% on Holidays).
Virtual Planning Audit

With this planning service, we will look at your budget and timeline to develop a plan for your wedding day. This is a single meeting that lasts about two hours. This service does not include day of management or any additional planning. An additional audit can be added to develop your dream vision board. ​
