The Carriage House sits on the historic site of Blandwood Mansion and recently, it received a stunning and modern renovation. The space has a luxurious garden feel and the large bright windows allow you to feel like the outside is peeking in. This space holds 125 people comfortably inside with a lawn that holds over 300.
The property features a 1100 + year old golden gingko and other historic gardens, while the house is the oldest Italianate structure in the United States. This brand new space opened up in the heart of downtown during the pandemic, but is already thriving. This space is located within the former Blue Bell Co. plant on the corner of Elm Street and Bain.
This venue offers tons of natural lighting through the industrial style windows and is owned by long time event industry professional Veronica Foster. You will not be disappointed in having your celebration here.
